Ezdan commissioned to build 50,000 housing units by 2014

Qatari real estate developer Ezdan has signed an agreement with the government to build 50,000 residential units by 2014, as part of a plan to provide enough accommodation for the FIFA World Cup 2022, the Peninsula has reported. Ezdan is currently working on several projects, at least 12 of which are expected to be completed in 2014, with another 31 to be completed by 2018, said the chief executive of Ezdan, Ali Al Obaydali.
