Falak Holding to unveil 16th edition of 'Sign and Graphic Imaging Middle East' show by January 2013

International Expo Consults 'IEC' part of Falak Holding stated that the company will unveil the 16th edition of the 'Sign and Graphic Imaging Middle East' 'SGI' show in early 2013. The show which is already 80% sold out will also have a larger floor space due to the high demand from exhibitors in the Middle East and also the global market.

The exhibition will be held next year in Hall 1 in addition to the large Zabeel Halls 1, 2 and 3 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The 'SGI 2013' show will be held from January 20th to 22nd at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.

Visitors from over 64 countries attended SGI 2012. IEC is expecting people from the region and also globally from across the US, Europe and Asia among other geographies to attend the show.

IEC was established on 15th of April, 1994. On reaching this milestone year, Mr. Abdul Rahman Falaknaz; Chairman of IEC stated, "When we started our journey 18 years ago we had representation from few countries but today we are proud to say that over 400 exhibitors from over 30 countries will be participating at the 2013 edition and the numbers are set to grow further in the future. Our show has generated sales amounting to billions of dollars for exhibitors serving the digital printing, signage and outdoor advertising industries in the last decade and a half. We could achieve all this because we also had a great team to put the show together."

Whilst celebrating the occasion with the team Mr.Sharif Rahman, CEO, IEC stated, "It's a special year for us and we will introduce new components which will be unveiled closer to the show. We had a strong turnout from across the GCC as well as East Africa, the Sub Continent, Europe, Asia, US among other geographies. The quality of visitors who attended the last edition of SGI Middle East was amongst the best we have ever seen and we expect the trend to continue into 2013."

SGI 2013 is expecting over 10000 trade visitors from across the globe next year. SGI is one of the most anticipated events of the year in the region for exhibitors and visitors in the signage, outdoor media, screen and digital printing industries. AGFA, Fujifilm, Gandy Digital, Digimatrix, Flex Europa, Giffin Graphics and STS Inks have already confirmed their presence at SGI 2013.

Sign and Graphic Imaging Middle East (SGI) is an established 15 year old business forum where exhibitors and visitors can interact with sign makers, print and production manufacturers, architects, media agencies, real-estate developers, brand and image consultants among others. This forum will also include seminars and workshops conducted by industry experts.
