Fikra announces its membership to EDAMA Association

Fikra, the leading provider of LED technology and lighting solutions, recently announced its membership to Edama, a private sector membership based association seeking energy and water independence for more positive effects on the environment. This membership was formed following an agreement signed by both sides.
Through the membership formed, Fikra will be looking at ways in which its energy conserving and environmentally friendly lighting solutions can play an active role in decreasing electricity costs within corporate operations and the community at large.
"Ever since we have started our operations, we at Fikra have made it our prime priority to play an active role in the Community's development. Our CSR strategy has been one aiming to create a healthier environment for our community, and so our goals are perfectly aligned with those of EDAMA for making Jordan a self sufficient energy and resource utilizing Kingdom, which is environmentally friendly," he added.
Through the new partnership formed between EDAMA and Fikra, EDAMA will be educating Fikra's team members about greener operational practices. Fikra will also be present in environmental conservation training sessions organized by EDAMA and conducted be field experts from around the globe.
EDAMA is a non-profit organization working to conserve energy, water resources, and the environment through finding alternatives to traditional energy resources used in corporate sectors and the community. To this end, EDAMA encourages scientific research relevant to this field and it also markets technologies and products that promise a greener environment for Jordan.
It is worth mentioning that Fikra offers a wide range of products and services to cater most lighting solutions depending on LED technology, mainly distinguish by the eco-friendly and lower energy consumption features.
