Financial services counsel Philip Jolowicz joins Clifford Chance

Building on his more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, in recent years Philip has practised in the UAE, gaining a strong understanding of the UAE financial markets regime. Philip has exceptional experience in the financial services industry whether it is establishing complex compliance and legal infrastructures or the successful management and completion of transactions large and small.

He also has extensive knowledge and experience of the legal and commercial environments of the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. He has established, developed and managed compliance and legal structures in both European and non-European jurisdictions in businesses spanning the whole financial product range.
