Profile and Background
The company's main activity during the period from incorporation to 31 December 2000 was to invest in the equity and to advance a loan to Equate Petrochemical Co. (K.S.C. Closed) (Equate). Boubyan owns 10 % of EQUATE's share capital.
To manufacture all kinds of petrochemical materials and any materials derivates there from; to sell, buy, supply, distribute, export and store these materials and participate in all activities related thereto, including the construction and leasing of the required services.
The company shall have the right to understand the aforesaid activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, as principal or as by agency. In particular, the company may participate in the establishment of petrochemical industries companies or trade therein, whether existing at present or to be established in the future.
