Burgan Bank S.A.K. is a public shareholding company incorporated in the State of Kuwait by law decree dated 27 December 1975, making it one of the youngest commercial banks in the State of Kuwait. The bank's privatization in 1997 resulted in Kuwait Investment Projects Company (KIPCO) becoming the major shareholder, paving the way for further growth and expansion of product ranges and services.

Its innovative product offers and technologically advanced delivery channels achieve the bank's positioning in the retail and commercial banking industry with close to 110 ATMs and 21 branches, the widest ATM network in the GCC.

In addition to expanding their retail network, diversifying investment and financial products, enhancing treasury operations, and increasing syndication activities is their current focus. Recently, Burgan Bank unveiled a new corporate identity with a motto 'driven by you' that reflects their commitment towards customer centricity.
