disposing thereof for these purposes; carrying out all works related or connected to the mentioned objects or arising there from or necessary, therefore; conducting commercial business in general; providing technical and other consultancy services in everything related to pipes and engineering and oil services, as well as obtaining any concessions or agencies related to the company's objects.
