Profile and Background
Al-Jazeira Services Company was founded in May 1997 by nine Omani and two UAE investors to take over Oman's Dariya Catering Services Company which had developed a network of industrial and service companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Kuwait and, with Italy's Multi Services, set up joint ventures in Syria, Jordan and Algeria.
