Profile and Background
The company was established in 1987 and is involved in a range of financing activities including hire purchase, leasing and debt factoring. It began its debt factoring operations in December 1995, becoming the first company in the Middle East to offer such services.
In November 1998, the company announced plans to expand its activities to include export and import factoring. Capital was increased through a heavily oversubscribed public offering of 405,000 shares priced at RO 3.
