Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Company (OEIHC) was founded in 1993 through the Oman-UAE joint high commission to initiate, promote and invest in projects in both countries. The company recorded a substantial loss in 1999 due to failed investments and is now pursuing a fresh strategy focusing on service sectors, including tourism.
