The company is a natural gas fired, combined cycle facility with the capacity to supply 427 MW of electricity and 20 mn gallons per day of water. The project was developed under a build, own and operate (BOO) scheme with the project outputs will be sold to the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water under a 15 year contract.
