LLC (100%), Emirates Glass LLC (100%), Marmum Dairy Farm LLC (100%), United Sales Partners LLC (100%), M'Sharie LLC (100%), Gulf Venture Capital Ltd (100%), Dubai Investments Industries LLC (100%), Emirates Building Systems Company LLC (51%), Lumi Glass Industries LLC (55%), Globalpharma Company LLC (65%), and The Edible Oil Company LLC (70%).

In addition, DIC has joint ventures with DUMOCO Limited Life Corporation, Properties Investment LLC (Union Properties PJSC) and EMIROLL LLC. Furthermore, DIC has investments in the following associates: Lite-Tech Industries LLC (30%), National Insulated Block Company LLC (28%) and Emirates District Cooling LLC (40%).
