Fitness 360 hosts Yoursky Marathon 2013 by GCAA in Dubai

Fitness 360 Group Exercse Instructors will lead the participants through a warm up and stretch routine before they run for the marathon. Fitness 360 will also have a booth with representatives available to answer any fitness related queries. Participants and supporters at the Yoursky Marthon 2013 can avail of a special yearly gym membership offer.

Commenting on this occasion, Steve Johnson, Chief Operations Officer, said, "It's a great pleasure to be present at this platform. We look forward to receiving hundreds of thousands of participants and provide them with world class services through our specialized trainers and consultants."

The Yoursky Marathon 2013 is an initiative by the Aeromedical Section towards a healthy start of the New Year and to improve one's wellbeing. The main Marathon Activity Categories are 4Km for Men, 2Km for Women and 1Km for Children. On the sidelines of the Marathon, there will be testing booths for Blood Sugar, Smoking, Cholesterol, etc. (final test results are posted), and a lecture area to discuss health topics.

Apart from that, there will also be a kids section where activities like Face paint, Bouncy Castle, Entertainers and other games will be organized to let them fully enjoy the day.

The registration is open for the marathon on communication@gcaa.gov.ae, one just needs to specify the activity they want to be a part of.

Fitness 360 also organized Yoga sessions for the employees of GCAA Dubai to help them relieve stress and maintain a balanced work life.
