- PRESS RELEASE
Fitness 360 kicks off 2013 by offering memberships to anyone hoping to begin their New Year's resolution by getting in perfect shape. The specialized fitness trainers have also created a programme called the '8 week challenge' for anyone determined to lose weight and see instant results as opposed to buying a normal membership at 299 a month.
During the event, participants can compete in challenges to win amazing prizes such as different types of memberships and personal training sessions.
Fitness 360 will also have an in body composition machine so enthusiastic gym fans can see how much fat or muscle their bodies contain against their weight, waist and hip ratio. Through this, the trainers can explain to them exactly what they need to do so as to reach their ideal body weight.
The challenge consists of various levels of physical exercise and each challenger needs to do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes to win the free membership of Fitness 360. One round of exercise consists of Push Ups (Male: 25, Female: 15), Medium Box Jumps (Male: 12, Female: 7), Burpees (Male: 15, Female: 7), Sit Ups (Male: 30, Female: 20) and Skipping Rope (Male: 50, Female: 50).
Steve Johnson, Chief Operations Officer, said, "We take it as our responsibility to encourage people to take their health seriously and it's never too late to make a difference. Fitness 360 has specialized trainers and one of the best fitness equipment for weight loss you won't be disappointed."
