Fitness First Middle East expands presence in UAE with 34th club

Fitness First, the world's number one health and fitness club chain and a franchise owned and operated under license by the Landmark Group in the MENA region, has opened its second club in Sharjah at Al Fardan Centre. The new club takes the number of outlets in the fitness chain's Middle East network to 34.

Spread across 20,000 sq. feet, the club features dedicated work out areas for women and men. The facility is also equipped with demarcated free weights, freestyle and cardio areas. Fitted out with best-in-class exercise machines, the latest Fitness First club offers free group exercise classes with certified instructors.

Members can also opt for personal training sessions with internationally qualified trainers. The club features a sauna in the changing area. Audio and visual entertainment options ensure an invigorating ambience throughout the club. An exclusive member's lounge serves complimentary drinks and provides seamless Wi-Fi access.
