Fitness First Middle East to highlight benefits of Yoga and showcase latest workouts at 'The Weight Loss Show'

To be hosted from 1 - 2 February at the Dubai International Marine Club in Mina Seyahi, the event promises weekend packed with edutainment activities and free expert advice for visitors looking to lose weight, improve fitness, or gain the knowledge and motivation needed to take control of their health.

As part of its vision to 'make the world a fitter place', Fitness First will support the event as gold sponsors and host group workouts of several fitness regimes including Zumbaand Yoga.

Fitness First will also showcase its in-house routine. Peewee Sanchez Head Yoga Coach, Fitness First, and Dr Kassinath, will deliver a session to shed light on the benefits of Yoga for weight loss.
