Fitness First, the world's health and fitness club chain and a franchise owned and operated under license by the Landmark Group in the MENA region, has opened its 3rd club in Saudi Arabia. The new club takes the number of outlets in the fitness chain's Middle East network to 32.

Exclusively for men, the new branch spread across an impressive 1,675 sq. metre facility is equipped with GX studios, stretch zones and dedicated free weights and cardio areas.

Located on King Abdullah Road, above EMAX, the club offers free group exercises with internationally certified instructors for popular routines such as BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, BodyAttack, BodyStep, BodyJam and Zumba. The innovative new freestyle classes available to members at the club include TRX, Vipr, Kettlebells, Power Plates and Swiss balls.

Members can also opt for personal training sessions with internationally qualified trainers committed to helping them reach their fitness goals. The club features a sauna in the changing area to provide a much-needed respite from the dry heat. Audio and visual entertainment options ensure an invigorating ambience throughout the club.

The exclusive member's lounge serves as an ideal place to unwind and meet friends after a vigorous workout. Complimentary drinks and seamless WIFI access are some of the additional features that make visiting the club a pleasant experience.

George Flooks, Chief Operations Officer, Fitness First Middle East, said: "We aim to spread our footprint to 37 clubs across the Middle East by the end of 2012. The opening of the King Abdullah Riyadh Club indicates we are well on our track to accomplishing this goal. Our strategic expansion in key locations that lack fitness facilities also reflects our commitment to offering convenient and world-class options to communities in the Middle East."

Fitness First is dedicated to 'making the world a fitter place' with its state-of-the-art equipment, fully qualified personal trainers and the latest group exercise classes.
