- PRESS RELEASE
PAUL Bakery and Restaurant has finally opened its first store in Abu Dhabi at Bawabat Al Sharq in Baniyas, introducing a wide selection of authentic French breads, gourmet pastries and viennoiseries as well as delectable salads, sandwiches and main courses to the nation's capital.
The eagerly awaited bakery and restaurant is confident to build on its success in Dubai and is scheduled to open another two stores in Abu Dhabi within the coming months, at Al Wahda Mall scheduled for April and at Etihad Towers during the summer months.
PAUL brings the true French Art de Vivre to its consumers not only by offering delicious food, but also through the exceptional 'rustic-chic' interior of their restaurants. Their world-famous breads are baked several times during the day in a traditional hand-crafted way to ensure consistent fresh quality and customer satisfaction.
An outstanding feature of the new store is the bakery which is in full view of the customers, allowing them to observe the full process of the bread making.
PAUL's passion for preserving and respecting French heritage is renowned and obvious in all they do: all food is prepared freshly on the premises and reflects the traditional home-made way of cooking. Three different menus offer a great variety of food, depending on the time of day. Along with a breakfast menu, a Salon de Thé menu which includes cakes & desserts, lunch and dinner menus are available.
Rudy Haddad, Brand Manager of PAUL in the UAE, said, "We are very excited to bring a little taste of France finally to Abu Dhabi. PAUL is committed to providing great taste and freshness for an unrivalled experience and we are sure many Abu Dhabi residents will not only take to our quality of food, but will also enjoy PAUL's authentic shop designs and relaxing atmosphere."
