Galadari Automobiles bags two awards from Mazda

Galadari Automobiles Limited (GAL), exclusive distributor of Mazda vehicles in the UAE, announced that it has bagged two awards from Mazda Motor Corporation (MMC) - Best GCC Distributor Facility and Performance Award 2011 and Runner-up for Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Award 2011. GAL, an industry pioneer and amongst the leading automobile companies in the UAE, achieved top honors in five categories: overall distribution and performance, customer loyalty, facility and 5S, Mazda-trained technical support team and product quality improvement.
Mr. Dreyer further added: "Galadari Automobiles' CRM department has been steadily focusing on realizing Mazda's Owner Communication Program to provide customers with a completely unique ownership experience. Our CRM call center regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys, manages service reminders and after-service feedback, communicates promotions, manages complaints, addresses queries and other value-added services."
The GCC Distributor Facility and Performance Award is an integral part of MMC's approach towards continuous self-improvement and adoption of best practices across the GCC.
