Galadari honored in Japan for 40-year partnership with Mazda

The Galadari Brothers Group and Mazda Motor Corporation have been partners since 1972. Galadari started with a small showroom on Al Ittihad Road in Dubai and today operates 7 showrooms and service facilities across the UAE.

Last year, Galadari received two awards from Mazda: "Best GCC Distributor Facility and Performance Award 2011" and "Runner-up for Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Award 2011". The GCC Distributor Facility and Performance Award is an integral part of Mazda's approach towards continuous self-improvement and adoption of best practices across the GCC. The award is part of many initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing customer experience and satisfaction with the brand at every touch point. The award primarily focuses on after-sales services and excellence in performance, processes, service facilities and management. The CRM Award holds great significance in translating Mazda's vision of continuous engagement of Mazda car owners and providing them a unique value driven experience.

Galadari Automobiles Company Limited LLC (GAL) has recently introduced the brand new 2013 Mazda CX-5 to the UAE. The new CX-9 and the new Mazda 6 will be launched as well in the coming months in the UAE.

In addition to selling these new models, GAL has been heavily investing in infrastructure in the country and will open its new state of the art showroom located on Sheikh Zayed Road this March.
