- PRESS RELEASE
Geely International, represented by Rasamny Automotive Industries in Lebanon, recorded an outstanding sales performance last quarter. Selling 143 cars in less than three months, the dynamic new brand asserted itself as the market leader of Chinese car brands in Lebanon, and a serious challenger to its well-established Korean and Japanese competitors.
Rasamny Automotive Industries (RAI), a well-recognized name in the Lebanese auto industry, added Geely to its portfolio in June 2012.
Since then, they have watched the car's popularity soar, with sales placing Geely ahead of all other Chinese car distributors in the Lebanese market. Its resounding popularity can be attributed towards its focus on convenience and safety.
Globally renowned as the most successful Chinese private car manufacturer, Geely also owns Volvo, reputed as the safest automobile in the world, and Geely places enormous emphasis upon successfully acquiring 5-star safety rating on its models.
RAI has opened five Geely showrooms, located in Jal el Dib, Aley, Jbeil, Tripoli and Anjar, with an after-sale service center located in Jdeideh. Two additional showrooms will be in operation by March 2013.
The car models available in the Lebanese showrooms are: LC Panda, LC Cross, SL, EC7, and the EC8.
