Governor West Bay's offering of two and three-bedroom apartments in a hotel setting allow guests to retain their independence and privacy while differentiating the hotel from the other hotels in Qatar. The large restaurant at the Governor West Bay is divided into four sections on two levels. It is called 'Red' as the colour scheme of the interiors is red. Red's food options include pizzas, tandoori food, a coffee shop terrace and a shisha terrace. Guests and visitors can choose to dine in the comfortable, soothing ambience of the restaurant or outdoors on the terrace during the cooler months with a charming view of the West Bay skyline.

Amedei, an award-winning Italian chocolate boutique, which offers 32 different types of chocolates, is also making its debut in Qatar at Governor West Bay. The chocolate at Amedei is completely supervised right from when it is a cocoa bean until it is a complete chocolate packaged and ready for display at the store. The boutique's attention to detail and its insistence on excellence in quality have repeatedly won it the 'Golden Bean Award' from the Chocolate Academy of London. Amedei is yet another way that Governor West Bay delivers on its promise to offer uniqueness in all spheres in Qatar.
