Greenline Interiors expands foothold in Saudi Arabia with fit-out of Fairmont Hotel Riyadh

Greenline Interiors (GLI), a member of the Greenline Group, has been awarded the interiors fit-out works of the 5-star Fairmont Hotel located at Business Gate, Riyadh, strengthening its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the GCC region's largest emerging hospitality market.
Greenline Interiors was also awarded the FF&E works package including loose furniture and soft furnishings.
Designed by LW design, a king suite mock-up that was built in GLI premises has allowed for the collaborative work between client, designer, operator, and contractor to achieve the desired interiors final product.
"Our company has a proven track record in terms of high quality craftsmanship, large regional project portfolio and a skilled experienced workforce," said Samir Badro, Chairman and CEO, Greenline Interiors.
"The potential of the Saudi market is immense given the size and pace at which development is currently taking place, making GLI a major player in the Saudi market for years to come."
GLI's project portfolio in KSA includes among others, the Royal Family Rawda palace and Princess Norah Bint Abdul Rahman University (PNU) the world's largest campus covering an area of over 8 million square meters. Having established a presence in the Saudi market, GLI has now reinforced its foothold in the Kingdom with the latest awarded contract.
Sources in GLI have spoken of upcoming projects in the pipeline that are yet to be announced that will surely transform GLI into one of the biggest players in the Saudi interior design and fit-out market.
