Gulf Craft fleet makes presence at Dubai International Boat Show 2013

  • PRESS RELEASE

With 4 superyacht hull premieres - including a never-before-seen design, the announcement of our biggest project in construction and a showcase of craft from across our Majesty Yachts, Oryx and Silvercraft brands, Gulf Craft definitely made a big presence at the recently concluded Dubai International Boat Show 2013.

Two shiny new hulls of our largest superyachts, the Majesty 135 and the Majesty 125, were on display as part of the fleet on show. Both hulls were amongst the most talked about craft at DIBS - with the Majesty 135 even receiving a visit from HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, during his tour of the boat show.

We also premiered the Gulf 75 Exp - a brand new development that builds on the success of its Gulf 95 Exp predecessor. Designed around the concept of "living on the water", it is styled and laid out to serve a more comfortable, extended overwater stay. Reflecting a floating loft apartment, with wrap-around windows for interior light maximization and a huge entertainment fly-bridge, it evokes a feeling of a home on the water, one with the best sea-view available.

Grabbing headlines across the boating and yachting world was the announcement of the construction of our largest-ever build in the country's 31-year history - the Majesty 155. The Majesty 155 represents both, the degree of engineering, design and technological sophistication already achieved as well as the company's ambitions to embark on larger, more complex projects in line with the demands of the market and is expected to be completed in 2015.

Another premiere at the show was the Oryx 27 from our sport yacht and cruiser range, which features a compact double cabin with separated washroom area, and packs a lot of features into 27ft of on-water fun.
