Gulf Helicopters partners with Nigeria's OAS

Gulf Helicopters Co (GHC), a 30% subsidiary of Qatar Petroleum, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Nigeria's OAS Helicopters to provide services to the African country's upstream oil and gas sector. According to the agreement, GHC would provide equipment and technical expertise to OAS, which provides offshore services to the oil and gas companies operating in the Niger Delta and other parts of the country. Gulf Helicopters has more than 100 helicopters and provides services international oil majors including BP, Elf, Mobil, Total, Chevron, Shell, Qatar Oil and Standard Oil Co.
