Canada is known for its high quality products. This region imports large quantities of food products and there are also tremendous opportunities for food exports from the UAE. Canada exports over 70% of its agriculture and agri-food, making Canada one of the top five global agriculture exporters." Ambassador Lalani added.

The Canadian Pavilion will feature 28 companies, 4 associations and well as 12 specialised Canadian beef companies. The Canadian program also includes a "Canada Networking Event" for exhibitors to meet local food and beverages industry contacts, as well as a "Canada Beef Workshop" on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013.
