Hadef and Partners announce three new partners

UAE law firm Hadef and Partners, has announced that three senior lawyers have become Partners in its Dubai office. Brent Baldwin, Clare Raven and Hussein Shabana have been elected to the partnership effective 1 January 2013.
He is also experienced in dealing with real estate disputes and has an extensive knowledge of UAE property laws.
During his time at Hadef & Partners Brent has made a signicant contribution to the firms strata practice and is increasingly prominent in the market. Brent was recognised as an 'associate to watch' by Chambers Global, 2012.
Clare Raven, Dispute Resolution - Clare is a commercial litigator with experience in resolving all types of commercial and contractual disputes and has acted on claims across a number of industries including banking and financial services (including regulatory matters), aviation, pharmaceuticals, professional services, construction, property and civil engineering.
Clare has represented a range of clients from banks, blue chip companies and international accountancy firms to sole practitioners and private individuals.
Hussein Shabana, Dispute Resolution - Hussein has extensive experience in civil and commercial law, with particular focus on litigation. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners Hussein worked with a prominent UAE law firm for over 15 years and has significant experience of the region handling many important cases in the UAE. The parameters of his dispute resolution practice include corporate, commercial, banking, construction and criminal.
Managing Partner of Hadef & Partners' Dubai office, Sadiq Jafar, speaking of the new appointments ,said, "He was extremely pleased to welcome each of them to the partnership."
