All the nursing and para medical staff have several years of experience behind them and are ever willing to handle and treat patients with warmth and professionalism.
Modular operation theatre, in patient rooms, ultra sound scan, X-Ray, labour room, Special Care Baby Unit, High Dependency Unit and laboratory are outfitted with the most advanced equipments. Ambulance is on call 24 hours a day. Accident and emergency department and pharmacy remain open round the clock.
Dr. V. P. Shamsheer, Managing Director and the visionary behind Lifeline group, intends to establish hospitals in all the major towns in Oman offering affordable and high quality health care to the general public with a view to complementing the existing facilities available in government hospitals.
A noteworthy step in this direction is the recent agreement signed with Ministry of Health to provide access to MRI facilities in Lifeline Hospital Sohar for patients referred from Sohar General Hospital. This will greatly benefit residents of the Wilayat of North Batinah, who had to travel all the way to Muscat to avail of MRI screening services.
Lifeline group also conducts health awareness programmes and free health camps regularly as part of CSR and outreach programmes.
