HIPA supports DIFF to further encourage regional creativity

Launched in 2011, by His Highness Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council with the aim to embody the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai to build creative generation in the fie of culture and the arts and the adoption of talented local and international arenas.

HIPA contributes to the development of the art of photography, discovers and encourages talented photographers to participate and engage in global photography activities. The award is dedicated to support all talented and professional photographers world-wide, giving them a unique opportunity to compete and excel in this artistic field.
