Better Homes celebrates 2nd anniversary in the capital of Oman

Better Homes, the realty agents in Oman, are proudly celebrating two years of business, leading the way across the real estate sector in the Sultanate. While also celebrating 43% sales of the recently launched high-end luxury apartment project- Lamar Bausher (project of Muttawar Omani Company SAOC), which was launched one month ago.

Since inception in 2011, Better Homes has firmly established itself as one of the top real estate companies in Muscat, via its Qurum City Centre showroom and its comprehensive website. With a client centric approach and a clear business strategy to provide all property services a client or property investor might require, Better Homes has made a lasting impact in record time. As the region's premier real estate company with more than two decades of expertise in the Middle East, the celebration of two years has been accompanied with several achievements.

Responsible for launching landmark developments such as Rimal, Qurum Hills, Jasmine and the recently launched 357-unit luxury residential apartment project - Lamar, Better Homes has introduced a new style of contemporary living spaces in premium, city centre locations around the capital.

Glenn Meek, General Manager at Better Homes said "Over the last two years, Better Homes have sought to transform the service level and offerings for real estate clients, through innovatively placing the client's needs at the centre of everything we do. Creating a seamless experience for investors and homeowners has been our core objective. Our efforts have been very well received in Muscat and the combination of investment in customer service training and our Omanisation figures are contributing factors to the large growth we have witnessed. We are proud to say that 100% of our Showroom staff are Omani,"

"It's a great achievement when our showroom team is complimented on their service and helpfulness by our clients. Add this ingredient of the showroom staff to the largest residential sales and letting team in Muscat just reinforces our success." Glenn added.

Better Homes marks its high employee retention rate as one of the key factors to the success it has enjoyed, establishing the business as a preferred employer in the capital.

Khaula Al Hooti, one of the original members of staff said "For the last two years I have learnt the value of taking the client's needs to heart and developing a lasting relationship between them and Better Homes. For me it is important to make sure every client ends up with the right home for them, whether they are renting or buying. Our aim at Better Homes is to make everyone feel at home in the Sultanate."

Another factor in the quick reputation growth and client confidence in Better Homes has been the investment in a fleet of branded vehicles which are a regular sight around the Capital. This 'Experience Better' approach has helped to establish this real estate agency and make it synonymous with innovative service offerings.

And the future? Well of course more growth, Better Homes is already looking at Salalah and Sohar showrooms, plus others in the next few years.
