Hyatt Hotels bag five awards at Condé Nast Traveller India

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in Southwest Asia have been recognized for the second year by the discerning readers of Condé Nast Traveller India. At the 2012 Condé Nast Traveller India Readers' Travel Awards ceremony held on November 29, 2012 in Gurgaon, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Grand Hyatt Goa and Grand Hyatt Dubai received five of the top awards for excellence in the hospitality industry.

"These five awards re-iterate Hyatt's commitment to providing authentic hospitality and making a difference in the lives of the people we touch every day. As a company, we do not aim to be the largest, but to be the most preferred brand in all the segments that we serve," said Peter Fulton.

"The Condé Nast Traveller India Readers' Travel Awards are a wonderful endorsement and reassurance that we are headed in the right direction," added Peter Fulton, Group President for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Southwest Asia.

In its second year, the Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Travel Awards have been created with the objective of recognizing and honouring the best in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

According to Divia Thani Daswani, Editor, Condé Nast Traveller, "Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Travel Awards are widely acknowledged as the most prestigious awards in the travel industry because they are voted for by our discerning readers, who understand, appreciate and ultimately consume luxury travel products and services."
