IH Dubai Announces EAQUALS Accreditation

  • United Arab Emirates: Monday, January 28 - 2013 at 12:33
  • PRESS RELEASE

International House Dubai announced its admission as an Accredited Member of EAQUALS (Evaluation and Accreditation of Quality in Language Services). IH Dubai is the 14th International House school, and the first in the Middle East, to join EAQUALS having met, not only the IH Quality Charters but EAQUALS' quality criteria also.

International House Dubai was inspected by EAQUALS in December 2012 and met the high standards required for EAQUALS accreditation.

The teaching, the course programmes, as well as the course organization, the learning resources, testing and evaluation were all judged to be of high quality.

It was found that the institution takes great care to protect the welfare of its clients and staff, and all publicity materials produced by the institution are accurate and truthful.

IH Dubai was commended for its excellence in the training and professional development of its staff, not only teachers and trainers but also administrative and support staff.

This commitment to developing people comes directly from the CEO, Emirati, Abdulqader Al Khaja, who first founded International House Dubai based on his desire to bring international standards and accreditations to the UAE and his Emirati compatriots. Achieving EAQUALS accreditation today is another step along that same journey.

IH Dubai Director, Clair Hattle, commented, "We are delighted to add the independent accreditation of EAQUALS as further evidence of our quality assurance to our clients and students. IH Dubai already has a unique range of accredited qualifications from CIPD, CIM, ILM, City & Guilds and University of Cambridge ESOL, because we believe in providing accessible learning and development which supports our learners in achieving their goals."
