IHE hosts its annual product show 2013

The doors were opened for customers to discover more about the wide range of trucks, construction equipment, machinery and tools which are distributed by IHE.

These brands include Volvo and Renault Trucks, Montabert, Proman crushers, Bobcat, AUSA, CASE, JBC, Godrej, Putzmeister, Ferrari cranes, Liebherr Mobile Crane, Liebherr Concrete Equipments, Liebherr Marine Crane, and Hi Force.

Commenting on the event, Ram Mohan, IHE General Manager, said, "This is a major event in the IHE calendar. The objective of the product show was to build awareness of IHE's product and services to the end customers. IHE represents several world class products in Oman and has an established reputation for providing effective and efficient products and solutions. With this, IHE can continue to play an integral part of the Sultanate's growth initiatives as the economy continues to grow, in-line with the Government's Vision 2020."

The event kicked-off in the early hours of the evening with an impressive demo from the CASE brand of heavy equipments, followed by a seminar on the latest in cement technology, presented by Liebherr engineers from Germany.

A team of highly experienced sales and service teams from IHE, along with representatives from the manufacturers, were present at the show to advise and support customers with their queries. The event also provided the perfect opportunity for the brand principals to interact one-on-one with industry customers.

Ram Mohan added, "Everyone who attended the event really enjoyed the time they spent with the IHE team, Principals representatives and the Vice Chairman of Zubair Auto Group."

Putzmeister, the largest manufacturers of concrete pump in the world, presented IHE with a special achievement award during the function. Jens Bawidamann, Regional Director GCC commented, "IHE has a real bond with its customers and we are committed to support them in achieving our common goals."

In December 2012, the Zubair Auto Group Chairman received the prestigious Renault Trucks Hall of fame Award in Lyon, France, for winning the Club Excellence award six times - the first time a distributor in the Middle East & Africa region has received the accolade six years in a row. The reward is given to distributors who demonstrate outstanding general management, have high quality premises, excellent vehicle sales and top quality after sales, parts and servicing facilities for customers.

IHE Management and share holders are aware that world class products alone will not satisfy the customers, timely after sales support is equally important. Hence as a part of their expansion plan, the company is developing a new 55,000 sq mtrs 3S facility at Misfa for trucks and equipment. This new facility, when ready in 2014, will be the largest multi brand Trucks and equipment facility in the country.
