Industries Qatar advances on slightly higher nine-month profit

After several days of closing even last week, the QE 20 Index slightly returned to life Monday by adding 0.10% to close at 8,487.09 points. Market bellwether Industries Qatar gained 1.12% to reach QR144.10. The interim financial statements revealed a net profit of QR6.6bn for the nine months period ended September 30, 2012 in comparison to a net profit of QR6.2bn for the corresponding period last year.
