The international development of Lucibel continues with the inauguration of Lucibel Middle-East office in Dubai

This strategic choice of location offers Lucibel the possibility to win over this new market strongly in favour of renewable energies and energy transition.

"The dynamism of the United Arabs Emirates and other Gulf states in the construction sector convinced us of the need to set up a new Lucibel branch office. The French touch applied to our high-performance LED lighting design has proven immensely popular in the Middle-East. These countries are amongst those with the highest levels of CO² emission, but are strongly committed to rectifying this situation. In recent years the Gulf States have initiated an ambitious sustainable energy program with the creation of Masdar, a zero carbon-emission city implementing "green" construction methods. Lucibel is able to contribute to this dynamic approach by proposing clean, low-energy consumption LED lighting products," states Frédéric Granotier, CEO of Lucibel.

Thierry Burot, a Middle-East and LED market specialist, is the General Manager of Lucibel Middle-East. Thierry has in-depth technical knowledge in the electrical engineering sector and years of experience in the development and sale of LED lighting systems in the United Arab Emirates as well as other Gulf States. This new office, comprising lighting designers, technicians and sales staff, has already won over a number of prestigious customers such as the Al Qasbah art gallery, EMAAR property developers, the iFly flight simulator in the Mirdiff shopping centre, the French embassy in Abu Dhabi and the French school Georges Pompidou.

Lucibel Middle-East will be present at the "Middle-East Electricity" trade-fair for companies active in the electricity and lighting, as well as the new and renewable energies sectors which will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (French house, stand 6D19) from February 17th to 19th, 2013.
