Ipsos Jordan takes part in MENA ICT Forum

The forum attracted participants from various countries in the region and beyond, and featured a diverse array of ICT-related topics.

Ipsos provided strategic support to the event organizers by gathering feedback from the participants, assessing their satisfaction levels with a number of key parameters pertaining to the event, ranging from issues related to the organization of the conference to the value of content discussed, as well as identifying the topics that were of most interest to attendees during the 2-day gathering.

Feedback was collected via surveys conducted at the event's location using Computer Assisted Personal Interviews, whereby participants completed a 5 minute questionnaire.

Ultimately, the objective of this effort is meant to aid the different event stakeholders in better understanding the needs and expectations of attendees, the results of which will be used to further enhance the forum in the future.
