IQPC and GEC announces Housing Development Summit Oman 2013, scheduled to take place between 15 - 16 April 2013 at the Grand Hyatt Muscat.

Engineer Mohamed bin Salim bin Khalifa al Busaidi, Chairman of the Board of the Oman Real Estate Association (OREA), is a key speaker at the Housing Development Summit.

The vision of OREA is to have a prominent position both at local and global levels and to effectively contribute to the construction, building, organisation and development of the real estate sector.

It also aims to contribute its suggestions to develop and enact laws regulating the real estate market in the Sultanate.

Eng. Mohamed will be discussing the role of the OREA in front of an audience of residential real estate property developers, investors and agents, in addition to contractors, consultants, law firms and architecture firms.

Fahad Al Ismaily, Executive Director of Tibiaan Properties, who is also speaking at the summit, commented, "It is largely felt that this summit is not only timely for Oman itself but for the entire region which is now on the verge of tremendous reform. The agenda successfully addresses all of the strategies necessary for successful reform; development, legislation and financing."
