IRD opens five new schools in Jordan

The International Relief and Development (IRD) has announced the opening of five new schools in Jordan this month, with three more expected to open by the end of the year, as part of the USAID-funded Jordan School Construction and Rehabilitation Programme, Jordan Times has reported. Under the programme, 28 new schools will be built and 100 renovated over several years.
