Corrado Chiarentin, General Manager, explained, "We have selected some of the best food products and we remain committed to providing excellence products with quality ingredients, exceptional customer service to a wide variety of food industry establishments."
"Freezing is the best method of preserving food. The frozen food industry is now extremely advanced especially with regard to the overall approach to food safety, quality standards and management systems. This system of storing food, allows reaching the heart of the product to -18° C in an exceptionally fast time that ranges between 3 and 40 minutes. The rapidity of the process is dictated by the fact that in this way the water contained in food freezes forming tiny ice crystals, which do not alter the structure of the fibers. Frozen products do not require any added preservatives because microorganisms do not grow when the temperature of the food is below -9.5°C, which is sufficient on its own in preventing food spoilage. At the moment of consumption, the product is perfectly intact in flavor and its nutritional properties," he added.
Gianmattia Masiero, Commercial Director of Italian Food Masters added, "In addition to distribution services covering all the United Arab Emirate we have started servicing also clients in Oman and Saudi Arabia. We expect soon to be able to service clients in other neighboring GCC countries as well. We provide a range of innovative, value-added services for our customers to foster mutual success and growth.
