'Made in Italy' connect with United Arab Emirates

Fiera di Vicenza promotes Made in Italy and Made in Europe jewellery and manufacturing equipment for gold industry to the 17th edition of the Dubai International Jewellery Week scheduled to take place from 21st to 24th November inside the ultra-modern Dubai World Trade Center.

For the very first time, the Italian and European gold and jewellery system will be making a coordinated presentation at Dubai under the directorship of Fiera di Vicenza and with the exclusive Vicenzaoro Italian Club, Vicenzaoro European Club and T-GOLD International formats, which promote the most authentic features of Italian-made products, European fine jewellery and the most highly developed state-of-the-art technologies in the sector.

"The Arab world loves gold and precious stones. It appreciates Italian jewellery, Italian products and the European luxury style. Dubai is a strategic crossroads towards the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Fiera di Vicenza co-ordinate all Italian and other European brands: the aim is increase trade and retail opportunities for gold and jewellery system," said Roberto Ditri, Fiera di Vicenza chairman.

At the Dubai International Jewellery Week Fiera di Vicenza will play host to 32 companies from the main Italian gold districts, 10 European gold and jewellery companies from Belgium, France, Great Britain, Greece, Lithuania and Spain, together with 14 producers of precious metal processing technologies.

This is the first step of the partnership with the Dubai World Trade Centre, which see Fiera di Vicenza acting as exclusive intermediary for Europe and Italy, charged with the task of coordinating the European Union exhibitors at the international trade fair pole in Dubai and generating innovative content to be displayed during the event.
