JA Resorts and Hotels - makes 2013 ATM more sociable thanks to Foursquare

JA Resorts and Hotels is a name well known within the region for luxury properties, deluxe hotel apartments and unique dining concepts, but the company is also increasingly making a name for itself in the digital and social media world.
JA Resorts & Hotels' digital marketing team, together with digital and social media consultants Iconsulthotels, have created a virtual exhibition stand on the social network, which has more than 20 million users worldwide.
Visitors to the Arabian Travel Market will be able to check into the company's trade fair stand via Foursquare on their mobile devices and will be able to unlock exclusive special offers, interact with other visitors and the JA team, and find out more about the operators current and upcoming ventures.
David Thomson, Chief Operating Officer of JA Resorts & Hotels explained, "JA Resorts & Hotels are keen to expand our signature concept of 'heartfelt hospitality' into the online space and enable as many people as possible to interact with our brand and properties through social channels. Our Foursquare ATM presence will enhance our trade visitors' experience of the show and add a little fun to their time at the 2013 Arabian Travel Market. Having a presence on Foursquare will also make it easier for visitors to find our stand during what promises to be a very busy ATM period."
Currently, all five UAE-based properties operated by JA Resorts & Hotels and their various restaurants, bars, and leisure facilities are engaging guests and visitors on Foursquare, including the all-suite JA Palm Tree Court and the exclusive mountain resort, Hatta Fort Hotel.
Apart from Foursquare, JA Resorts & Hotels' operated properties are also present on a large number of other social networks, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and Pinterest.
