Embassy of Jordan in Oman organises open day of fun

The Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Oman organised an open day of fun for Jordanians in the Sultanate, in association with Audi - one of the leading automobile brands in the region.

Abdel Karim Awwad, National Sales and Marketing Manager of Audi Oman, said, "Audi Oman is proud to be sponsoring the annual open day in association with the Embassy of Jordan in Muscat. The event was a huge success, with over 3,000 people present at the Qurum Park. I would like to communicate my heartfelt gratitude to HE Mitaab Al Ziben, Ambassador of Jordan to the Sultanate, for giving us this opportunity to create a delightful evening for Jordanians in the country."

Families gathered in the Qurum Natural Park to celebrate and enjoy a fun day with games, traditional music and dance in addition to a wide array of national cuisine, making it a treat for everyone present at the event.

For half a day, the park became a hub of activity as the children were engaged in competitions such as painting, singing and henna, while parents were entertained by customary Jordanian folk dancers.

HE Mitaab Al Ziben, Ambassador of Jordan to Oman, commented on the event, "The open day saw a great response and I would like to thank Audi Oman for having partnered with the Jordanian Embassy to ensure that the Jordanian people in the Sultanate have an opportunity to meet and connect."

Wattayah Motors are the official dealer for Audi in the Sultanate and are known to participate in a number of diverse events across Oman to demonstrate the German automobile manufacturer's commitment to the region and dedication towards bringing Audi closer to the community.
