Jordan allocates JD565m to upgrade ports

Jordan's Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (Aseza) has revealed a JD400m ($565m) plan to revamp the country's ports, Jordan Times has reported. Set for completion in 2015, the plan will include setting up 28 docks and building infrastructure projects in strategic areas in Aqaba, as well as upgrading the King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba.
