Jordanian public hospitals to use liquefied gas to cut expenses

The Jordanian health ministry has said it is to begin using liquefied gas in its hospitals instead of diesel, which is expected to save the ministry JD40,000-JD50,000 annually, Jordan Times has reported. The ministry said it will cooperate with the local company National Gas, which implemented the project at Totanji Hospital, to apply it in other hospitals.
