Judge orders Apple to reveal terms of HTC patent deal to Samsung

A US judge has ordered Apple Inc. to reveal how much money its getting from HTC in a patent settlement to Samsung, the Guardian has reported. Apple settled all patent litigation with HTC two weeks ago, and entered into a ten-year licensing agreement the terms of which were never disclosed. Only Samsung and Apple's lawyer, as part of arguments before Judge Lucy Koh in its post-trial arguments, after Apple was awarded a billion-dollar judgement against Samsung over infringement of some of Apple's design and interaction patents.
