The accolade was initiated by DP world in recognition of Kanoo Machinery's exemplary performance and ongoing contribution towards DP World UAE Region's success in the year 2012.
The distinct survey resulted to Kanoo Machinery as: No. 1 Supplier in terms of total transactions; No. 2 Supplier in terms of total value of business done - representing DP World's purchases in 2012; and No. 4 Supplier in terms of overall evaluation.
Mr. Mohammed Al Muallem (Senior Vice President and Managing Director, UAE Region) and Mr. Esam Khoori (Director-Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management) of DP World presented the award to senior management representatives of Kanoo Machinery: Shakil Merchant (Divisional Sales Manager-UAE), Praveen Hubli (Aftermarket Sales Manager-UAE) and Nabil Al Tawil (Sales Manager-Dubai).
Mr. Jennings said that this is a momentous event for Kanoo Machinery mainly for Dubai Branch and Parts Team for their collaboration in achieving great customer service thus strengthening relationship with DP world.
