Financing Services Department Manager at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Talal Al-Heneidi announced that KFH will organize for the ninth consecutive year a football tournament for companies at Al-Arabi Club on Friday, where 64 company teams will compete against each other.

He added that such efforts play a role in cementing relationships between KFH and its suppliers in the fields of cars, furniture, electric appliances, and construction material.

He noted that the tournament aims to introduce employees working at other companies to their peers, in addition to reinforcing their relationship with KFH and its employees. The tournament will be held on December 28thand January 4th 2013.

Moreover, he explained that on December 28th, qualifying matches will be played at 1 pm, where the losing team will leave the tournament. The rest of the games will be commenced next week, and many employees working for companies that deal with KFH are expected to participate in the tournament.

The previous eight tournaments were very successful, and valuable prizes were given to winners. Such events strengthen relationships among employees, and encourage team spirit.

Al-Heneidi said that other competitions will be held for the people attending the tournament, and asked the public to attend the games.

It is worth noting that KFH's first tournament was held in 2003, and the number of players exceeded 3500 players in all the tournaments, who formed 500 teams that represented local companies and corporations. The tournaments were attended by a large crowd of people, in addition to KFH employees, and company managers who cheered for their teams.
