Khaled Zaki appointed as Resident Manager at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi

Zaki comes from a hospitality background bringing to the table11 years worth of experience within the InterContinental Hotel Group alone.

Previously Rooms Division Manager at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi and prior to that Assistant Front Office Manager at InterContinental Abu Dhabi, leaves behind a successful track of achievements. Zaki started his career as trainee chef in the kitchens. His talent for dealing with both guests and staff was quickly recognized leading to his progression up the hotel ladder.

Zaki's passions are family, career, team development and traveling. "I enjoy my work, day in day out as I can never predict what shall be the next challenge."

Zaki's experience is reinforced with a strong Hotelier educational background, including numerous eCornell qualifications, which shall prove to be a high advantage throughout his current role at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi
