Khalifa Fund is working on increasing Emiratization in SMEs sector through Tawdheef Exhibition

Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development participates in the activities of Tawdheef Exhibition 2013 which was opened today by H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The exhibition will last for three days in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company (ADNEC).
"The Fund has two missions in Emiratization field; the first one is to increase Emiratization in small and medium sized enterprises by encouraging the Emiratis to invest in this sector which is considered very essential in the vital sectors of the national economy. While the second mission is tourge the youths to enter the private sector in order to reduce the pressure on the governmental sectors," added Al Darmaki.
"The Fund will distribute questionnaire to its visitors in the Exhibition to investigate their willingness to leave the governmental job and to establish its own project, as the questionnaire will show their understanding and knowledge of Khalifa Fund's programs, services and goals," explained Al Darmaki.
"The Fund put lots of efforts in Emiratization of its positions by adopting a policy to maintain the percentage of Emiratis by attracting the talented Emiratis manpower, as the percentage of Emiratis reached 59% of the total employees," added Al Darmaki.
"The Fund will invest this opportunity in Tawdheef Exhibition to expose the youths of its services, financial programs, and non-financial programs which targeting empowering the entrepreneurship among the Emiratis," added Al Darmaki.
The Fund's booth during the first day of Tawdheef Exhibition witness big number of visitors from different Emiratis segments. The Fund's employees were there to answer their questions and enquiries about Khalifa Fund of Enterprise Development.
