Khimji Ramdas organizes an Iftar for its employees

In yet another touching display of solidarity during the Holy month of Ramadan, the Khimji Ramdas Group conducted its annual Iftar dinner for over a 1,000 invitees.

The banquet held recently at Al Bustan Palace hotel included not only employees of the company, but also their families and the group's directors, chief executive officers, general managers and divisional heads.

On the same note, the company also extended its generosity to 2,000 of its employee Muslim families through its Ramadan gifting programme. Even before the onset of Ramadan, the group distributed gift hampers containing an ample supply of consumables and food stuff to all of its Muslim employees in Muscat, Sur, Salalah, Nizwa, Sohar and Dubai. Bachelor staff even received the added bonus of an American Tourister trolley bag as part of their hampers.

Commenting on the gestures, Anil Khimji, Director Khimji Ramdas said, "We pride ourselves in being a company that holds the highest respect, regard and gratitude for its employees. Such occasions are just small ways of saying 'thank you' to our employees for their invaluable contribution, commitment and hard work through-out the year.
